How can I block email from a sender?
If you are getting emails that you don't want, but they don't quite qualify as spam, you can "blacklist" the sender, or block them from emailing you in the future.To manage your blacklist, click on the Sender Blacklist icon on the dashboard.
This brings up a screen where you can review and manage your blacklist entries.
To add someone to your blacklist, click the Add Sender link. To block a single sender, enter the entire email address (for example, test@test.com). To block all email from a given domain, enter the domain with no special characters or @-sign (test.com).
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a large blacklist in SpamAssassin or another filter, please contact your service provider for assistance in importing this list.
